This Notice and Takedown Policy applies to enayasoul.com (the Site). The Site is operated by LYNX GROUP INTERNATIONAL LTD (company number 14845704) of Dept 6052a 126 East Ferry Road, Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom, E14 9FP (we, us, our, the Company).
This Policy explains how to notify us of (a) alleged infringement of intellectual property rights and (b) content you believe is illegal under UK law. It also explains how we respond, including the provision of a Statement of Reasons and the right to appeal. This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
- Definitions
Content means any material made available on or through the Site, including digital files, text, audio, images, and other digital materials.
Notice means a report submitted under this Policy.
You means the person or entity submitting a Notice.
- Notices of intellectual property infringement
2.1 When to submit an IP Notice
If you believe that Content on the Site infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a Notice to us.
2.2 What your IP Notice must include
To enable us to assess your Notice, please include:
(a) your full name (and company name, if applicable);
(b) your email address and, if relevant, a telephone number;
(c) identification of the work or right you claim has been infringed (for example, title, registration details if any, and a description);
(d) the exact location of the allegedly infringing Content on the Site (a direct URL or sufficiently precise description);
(e) an explanation of why you believe the Content infringes your rights;
(f) a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder;
(g) a statement that the information in your Notice is accurate and provided in good faith;
(h) your electronic signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient).

- Reporting Illegal Content (Online Safety Act 2023)
3.1 When to submit an Illegal Content Notice
In addition to intellectual property claims, you may report Content you believe is illegal under UK law, including under the Online Safety Act 2023 (for example, fraudulent content, prohibited adult content, or material inciting violence).
3.2 What your Illegal Content Notice must include
Please include:
(a) your full name (or, if you prefer, a clear way for us to contact you);
(b) your email address;
(c) the exact location of the Content on the Site (direct URL or precise description);
(d) an explanation of why you believe the Content is illegal and the nature of the alleged illegality;
(e) any supporting context or evidence you can provide.
3.3 Where to send an Illegal Content Notice
Send your Notice to: info@enayasoul.com.
3.4 How we assess illegal content reports
We will assess reports and act swiftly to remove or disable access to Content where there are reasonable grounds to infer illegality.
- How we respond to Notices
4.1 Acknowledgement and review
We will acknowledge receipt of a complete Notice within a reasonable time and will review it. We may request additional information where necessary to assess the report.
4.2 Outcomes
Following our review, we may:
(a) remove or disable access to the Content;
(b) restrict access to certain Site features;
(c) take action against an Account involved (including suspension or termination); and/or
(d) decide that no action is required.
4.3 Statement of Reasons and appeal
If we remove or disable access to Content, we will provide the affected user with a Statement of Reasons explaining the decision. The affected user will have the right to appeal this decision through our internal complaint-handling system by contacting info@enayasoul.com within six (6) months of the decision.
4.4 Notification
Where appropriate, we may notify the relevant user or account holder associated with the Content that a Notice has been received and/or that action has been taken, unless doing so would be unlawful or would risk harm or interference with an investigation.
- Repeat infringement and misuse
5.1 Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly post illegal content, where appropriate and proportionate.
5.2 Good faith and accuracy
You must submit Notices in good faith. Submitting a false, misleading, or abusive Notice may result in refusal of future Notices, account action (if you are a user), and/or legal consequences under applicable law.
- Trusted Flaggers
If and to the extent the EU Digital Services Act applies to our service in relation to recipients in the European Union, notices submitted by “Trusted Flaggers” (as designated by Digital Services Coordinators) will be prioritised and processed without undue delay.
