RIGHTS NOTICE
This Rights Notice applies to all content made available on enayasoul.com (the Site), operated by LYNX GROUP INTERNATIONAL LTD (company number 14845704) of Dept 6052a 126 East Ferry Road, Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom, E14 9FP (we, us, our, the Company). It explains our intellectual property position and the basis on which we license content to users.
Although content is produced using artificial intelligence systems, we undertake the arrangements necessary for the creation and publication of that content. This includes, as applicable, designing and testing prompt frameworks, defining generation parameters, structuring workflows, selecting and compiling outputs, applying quality-control and safety filters, arranging files and metadata, and packaging and publishing the content on the Site.
To the extent that copyright or other intellectual property rights subsist in the content under the laws of the United Kingdom (including under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988), we are the owner of those rights and/or we hold those rights on a lawful basis, and we are entitled to license the content to users.
Where content is “computer-generated” under UK law, the author is treated as the person who undertakes the arrangements necessary for the creation of the work. We undertake those arrangements for the content made available on the Site. Where relevant, we may also hold additional rights arising from the selection, compilation and arrangement of content on the Site (including database and collection rights where such rights subsist).
Nothing in this Rights Notice transfers ownership of intellectual property rights to you. Your right to use content is limited to the permissions granted under our Licence Agreement and Terms and Conditions, and we reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Except as expressly permitted by our Licence Agreement, you must not:
(a) resell, redistribute, share, publish, or otherwise make content available to third parties;
(b) use content as part of a product or service provided to others; or
(c) use content, or any portion thereof, to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop machine learning models or artificial intelligence systems without our express prior written consent.
