1. What is Enaya Soul and who is it for?

Enaya Soul is a space for gentle, guided support through difficult emotional experiences such as breakups, grief, anxiety, loneliness, or periods of transition. Our guided meditations and affirmations are designed to help you:

  • calm your nervous system and soften overwhelming emotions;
  • feel seen, held, and less alone in what you’re going through;
  • reconnect with yourself, your body, and your inner sense of safety;
  • slowly rebuild trust in life, love, and in your own heart.

Enaya Soul is for anyone who is currently hurting, healing, or simply longing for a softer, kinder inner voice. You don’t need any prior meditation experience — just a willingness to sit with yourself for a few minutes at a time.

In general, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Because our
meditations and audio content are delivered instantly, you keep access to them once the
purchase is complete.

In very limited, exceptional cases (for example, a clear technical failure on our side, an
obvious duplicate charge, or a verified unauthorized payment), we may review your situation
and, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund.

If you believe your case is exceptional, please email us at hello@enayasoul.com with your
order details and a short description of what happened. Requests are reviewed in the order
they are received, and we do not guarantee a specific response time.

First, please check your email inbox (and your spam/junk folder) for a message with your
download or access link.

If you still cannot find it, or the link does not work, please email us at info@enayasoul.com
and include:

  • the email address you used for the purchase;
  • the approximate date and time of payment;
  • any reference or transaction ID you see on your bank statement (if available).

We will do our best to restore your access or re-send your meditation. If, after reasonable
efforts, we are still unable to provide access, your case may be reviewed under our Refund
Policy.

Yes. Enaya Soul is an independent project focused on guided meditations and affirmations
for emotional support and inner peace.

We use reputable payment providers to process your payment securely. Your card details
are handled directly by the payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.

If you ever have doubts or questions about a transaction, please contact us at

No. Enaya Soul’s meditations and affirmations are intended for emotional support, self-reflection, and relaxation only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.

If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, depression, suicidal thoughts, or any mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or your local emergency services immediately.

Once your purchase is complete and the meditation has been delivered, you keep access for your own personal use under our Terms and Conditions.

We recommend downloading and safely storing your files, as we cannot guarantee permanent hosting or re-delivery of the same links in all circumstances (for example, if you lose access to your email or change devices).

You can listen on most modern phones, tablets, and computers that support standard audio
formats.

Purchases made through our main website are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may listen privately for your own emotional and spiritual wellbeing, but you may not:

  • resell or redistribute the audio files;
  • upload them to YouTube, podcasts, or other platforms;
  • use them in your own products, apps, or programs;
  • play them as part of paid sessions with clients.

You can pay for Enaya Soul meditations in two ways:

A. Direct, one-off payments (without wallet)

If you prefer to pay only when you feel called to a specific meditation:

  • choose your meditation (or bundle) on the website;
  • proceed to checkout;
  • enter your payment details using one of the available methods (for example, bank
    card or online payment service);
  • complete payment for that specific order.

This is a simple option if you only buy occasionally or don’t want to keep a balance with us.

B. Account with a virtual wallet (balance)

If you purchase meditations more regularly, you may choose to create an account and use a
virtual wallet:

  • create an account on the site (or during your first checkout);
  • top up your wallet balance using the available payment methods;
  • when you’re logged in and make a new purchase, the amount can be charged from
    your wallet balance;
  • if your balance is not enough, you can either top it up again or pay the remaining
    amount directly at checkout.

Purchases made while you are logged into your account will be linked to that account, so
you can more easily find your order details and access information later, in line with our
Terms and Refund Policy.
